Running for Public Office
The Village of Francis Creek has 2 trustee positions and the Village president up for election in April 2024. If a primary is necessary, it will be on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. To be a candidate on the ballot, proper paperwork must be filed with the Village Clerk by Tuesday, January 2, 2024 by 5:00 p.m.
Who may be a candidate?
Candidates for Village Trustee or President must meet the following eligibility requirements:

United States Citizenship

18 Years of Age
-
Elector/Resident of the Village of Francis Creek

May not be convicted of a felony in any Court in the United States unless pardoned of the conviction
