There shall be no parking on any of the streets within the Village limits December 1st
through April 1st between the hours of 1AM and 6AM and In addition, there shall be no parking at any time if the roads have not yet been cleared of snow.
The Village President may at any time during the
year when snow conditions require, restrict or prohibit parking on any or all streets in the Village of Francis Creek as necessary.
