The Village of Francis Creek has declared its intent to exercise its Police Powers in accordance with ss: 66.0703 Stats. and local assessment policies to levy special assessments upon properties abutting any portion of the improvements planned as part of the 2024 Road Reconstruction Project, for benefits conferred upon the property by the improvement of the streets and utilities including new curb and gutter.
2024 Road Reconstruction Project shall include all properties abutting both sides of the street described as:
Laurel Drive from CTH R East to Cherry Ave
Lilac Drive from Laurel Drive North to Forest Home Drive
Cherry Avenue from Laurel Drive South till it dead ends
Notice is further provided that the Francis Creek Village Board will hear all interested parties or their representatives’ concerning matters contained in the preliminary resolution authorizing of the assessments in the above-described area at 7 PM on the 4th day of March, 2024 at the Village Office at 200 Norwood Drive. All objections will be considered at this hearing and there after the amount of the assessments will be determined.
